Booking accommodation for Conference 2024
CASWE is pleased to share information from Congress regarding accommodations near McGill University campus.
This includes a selection of hotels offering special discounts to Congress participants. Due to high demand and limited availability, these discounted rooms can be booked up to three days before and after the Congress event, from June 11 to June 22, based on the availability and policies of each hotel.
Attendees are encouraged to book their accommodations directly through the hotels using the provided booking code or link for the special rates, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note : It’s important to be aware that neither CASWE, the Federation, nor McGill University are affiliated with any external housing or accommodation services. There have been instances of fraudulent entities sending convincing emails and creating fake websites to phish for credit card information. Attendees are advised against arranging accommodations through any unsolicited contacts claiming to offer assistance with booking for Congress. On-campus accommodations
Book your accommodation by filling out the Congress room reservation form located on the McGill Congress accommodation page.
- Single private rooms with one twin bed, desk, armoire and refrigerator. Bed linen and towels provided.
- Large shared bathroom facilities on every floor.
Small kitchenettes in the building, however cookware and utensils are not provided. - Rooms are not air conditioned.
- In-room housekeeping service is not available (towel or linen change request : $25)
